Grains of Selim. Hwentia. Etso

Grains of Selim are the seeds of a shrubby tree, Xylopia aethiopica grown in Africa. 

The seeds have a unique aromatic and musky flavour and are used as a peppery spice and as a flavouring ingredient in many African soups, stews and spice drinks.

This is a very unique West African blend, and it is quite hard to come by in Australia.
