Delicious handcrafted Sobolo spiced hibiscus drink kit with everything you need to make authentic Sobolo, just add water.

Sobolo is a very popular drink in Ghana, it's very tasty and refreshing, with a hint of spice, serve icy cold. Uplifting & refreshing.

Comes conveniently packed in a 110g reusable and recyclable glass jar retaining freshness and intense flavour.

Contains: Australian hibiscus flowers, palm sugar, ginger root, grains of Selim (native African pepper pods), cassia bark.

Preparation: Add all 110g to 3 litres of water, simmer gently for 30 minutes with the lid off. Afterwards, cover and allow to steep for 1 hour, then strain with a fine sieve and chill.
